Terms of Service

1. Service. FirstSale (“the Service”) provides automated landing-page audits and acquisition-playbook generation. Outputs are advisory suggestions, not guarantees of revenue or results.

2. Acceptable use. You may only submit URLs you own or are authorised to analyse. You may not use the Service to abuse, spam, or harass others, or to violate any platform's terms (including the communities we recommend).

3. Accounts & payment. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay or Stripe. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes; GST invoices are available on request.

4. No guarantee. Acquisition outcomes depend on your product, market, and execution. We do not guarantee any specific number of signups, customers, or revenue.

5. Liability. The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding month.

6. Termination. You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
